You can request deletion without installing or signing in to HourSum. This page applies to HourSum (com.hoursumm.myapp), operated by Juye Technologies LLP.

1. Delete inside HourSum

  1. Open HourSum and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings → Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion. Wait for the success result; if the request fails, the account is not confirmed deleted.

2. Request deletion without the app

Email aidar@juye.app from the email address associated with your HourSum account. Use the subject “HourSum account deletion request” and state that you want the account and associated HourSum data deleted. No app installation or login is required to submit the request.

If you cannot use that email address, still contact support and explain this. We will need to verify ownership before acting; we will not delete someone else’s account on an unverified request. Do not send passwords, authentication links, purchase tokens or full card details.

We will acknowledge the request, explain any ownership verification needed, and confirm completion by email. Successful in-app deletion takes effect in the active service immediately. Email requests require manual ownership verification and processing; contact support for the status of your request.

3. What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, jobs, shifts, pay items (including additional pay and deductions), app settings and stored subscription records are permanently removed from the active HourSum database. The operation cannot be undone. Local sessions and shift reminders are cleared on the device performing in-app deletion. Previously displayed content on another device may remain until that device reconnects or its local app data is cleared.

4. What may remain

Google may retain purchase, payment and transaction records under its policies. Service-provider security logs and disaster-recovery backups follow provider retention policies and are not accessible as an active HourSum account. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. We do not keep an active HourSum profile or subscription record after successful account deletion.

5. Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel or refund Google Play billing. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to stop future renewals. If eligible, request an in-app full refund before deleting your account; successful revocation ends Premium immediately.
