Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This policy describes how Juye Technologies LLP handles personal data for the HourSum Android app (com.hoursumm.myapp) and these public information pages. Use aidar@juye.app for privacy questions, correction, access or deletion requests.

2. Information we process

• Account information: email address and optional display name. Authentication credentials and recovery sessions are handled by Supabase Auth.
• Preferences: language, time zone, currency and week settings.
• Content you enter: jobs, shifts, pay rates, earnings calculations, additional pay and deductions, notes and location names.
• Subscriptions: Google Play product identifiers, purchase token, subscription status and expiry time. To associate a purchase with your account, HourSum sends Google Play an obfuscated identifier derived from your HourSum user ID, not your email address. HourSum does not receive full payment-card details.
• Local device settings needed for shift reminders, notification permissions and account session storage.
• Support messages and the contact information you provide when you email us.

The app does not request GPS location or contacts, and does not collect a phone number or profile photo. Location names are text you enter, not device tracking. HourSum contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not sell personal data.

3. Purposes

We process this information to authenticate you, synchronize your schedule, calculate earnings, schedule local reminders, apply free-plan limits, verify Premium, handle refunds, protect the service and answer support or data requests. Do not enter sensitive information about other people in your notes.

4. Providers, storage and transmission

Account and schedule data is stored using Supabase and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication emails are delivered through Resend. Google Play handles purchases, subscription management, payment processing and refunds. Cloudflare hosts these public pages. These providers may process email delivery details and technical information such as IP addresses, request times and infrastructure logs for delivery, operation and security. Data is not stored only on your phone; provider infrastructure may be outside Kazakhstan.

Provider policies: Supabase, Resend, Google, and Cloudflare. We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the service, and may disclose it when legally required. These public pages do not add analytics, advertising, tracking scripts or site cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and schedule data while your account exists. You can view and edit your entries in the app. Successful in-app deletion permanently removes your authentication account and associated profile, jobs, shifts, pay items, settings and stored subscription records from the active HourSum service. Local sessions and reminders are cleared on the device performing deletion. Other devices may keep previously displayed content until they reconnect or their local app data is cleared.

Without access to the app, email aidar@juye.app from your account address, using the subject “HourSum account deletion request”. We may verify ownership before deleting data. See Account and Data Deletion for the process. Never send your password. Support correspondence may be kept as needed to complete and document the request or meet legal obligations.

Deleting HourSum data does not cancel or refund your Google Play subscription. Google retains payment and transaction records under its own rules. Provider security logs and disaster-recovery backups follow provider retention policies; deleted accounts are not available as active HourSum accounts. 6. Security and your choices

We use account access controls, row-level database security and encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security. You can control reminder permissions in Android, cancel subscriptions in Google Play, edit entries in HourSum, or contact us for access, correction or deletion. We verify identity before granting account-specific requests.

7. Children and policy changes

HourSum is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data. We update the date on this page when the policy changes. Privacy contact: aidar@juye.app.
